Robert Ackerman, PhD
Professor and Program Director of the Human Services Program Degree at the University of South Carolina at Beaufort. Dr. Ackerman is the previous Director of the Mid-Atlantic Addiction Research and Training Institute in Pennsylvania. He is a co-founder of the National Association for Children of Alcoholics; author of thirteen books that have been translated into thirteen languages, including Perfect Daughters.

Charles Gillispie, MFA
Program Specialist for Cottonwood Tucson. He implements the use of Eco-psychology and Expressive Arts as an adjunct to cognitive-behavioral therapy. Tara McLendon, PhD and Don McLendon, PhD
Tara McLendon, PhD worked on the Family-Directed Structural Therapy project at Kansas University and is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Counseling, Social Work, and Leadership at Northern Kentucky University.
Don McLendon, PhD served as a regional director in three Community Mental Health Centers and was project manager at the University of Kansas in the evaluation and continued development of Family-Directed Structural Therapy where he continues as consultant to this program.
