Where can I find my purchased course(s)?
All classes are stored in your user
profile. Once you purchase a class, it immediately
becomes available in your user profile. You can access your user profile by clicking on the "view my profile" button located in the top left hand corner of the screen. You must log in to see the graphic. For more details on your profile, visit our tutorial page.
Can I print out the exam prior to reading the materials?
Once you purchase the course, go to your user profile, click on "my purchased courses" then click on exam, then print your exam. After your exam has printed, do not submit the exam, simply close the window.
How do I take the exam?
You may access the course lecture and course materials before you purchase the course. In order to take your course exam(s) you must purchase your course(s) first. We recommend that you study the course materials and listen to the course lecture before you take the exam. After you purchase your course(s), go to your user profile, click on "my purchased courses" then click on the exam you would like to take. After you have answered all the questions on your exam, carefully review your answers, then submit the exam.
Is there a certain score I have to get in order to receive a CE/CEU Certificate?
Yes. You have to get 75% in order to receive your CE, CEU Certificate. If you do not pass the course please contact us, or purchase the course again to retake the exam.
Can I print the certificate later or again if I have lost it?
Yes. Go into your user profile to find your certificates of completion.
Is there a grievance procedure?
